Trevor Fulmer

Designer

Trevor Fulmer is a Boston based designer. Passionate about transforming residential and commercial spaces into dreams, Trevor’s eye skews towards contemporary, elegant simplicity. A detail-focused, flexible, believer in the power of collaboration, Trevor’s design process is organic and fluid. He loves partnering with his clients, solving their unique needs and helping their authentic selves shine through. He’s also a relationship builder – proud to call many of his clients now his friends.

“To me, your home is the backdrop to your life’s story. It’s filled with your most important possessions, heirlooms and newly discovered treasures. That’s why I love mixing patterns, textures and materials – from vintage and repurposed to contemporary and new. Above all, I believe a home should be comforting, your place to reflect on the past, present and future.”
Trevor’s also an award-winning creative director, graphic designer, and photographer. He’s been published in New England Home, The Boston Globe, The Globe Magazine, Boston Home, Photo District News (PDN), EQL and The Knot. He enjoys Vespa rides through the city, punishing fitness classes, vegetarian tasting menus, remote beaches, hearty laughs and his husband, Jim.

Brother Cleve

bartender

Brother Cleve, often referred to as The Godfather of Boston’s cocktail scene, has spent most of his adult life traveling the world as a musician/DJ/record producer and writer. A fascination with cocktails began when he was a young man in the 1960s, and he began searching for “lost spirits” as well as building a library of cocktail books while on the road with bands in the '80s. He began a second career as a bartender in 1988 bringing back vintage and forgotten cocktails. In 1996 he launched the first weekly Cocktail Party at a Cambridge club, creating a cocktail menu and spinning lounge music, before helping the launch the B-Side Lounge in 1998. Currently he is Beverage Director/head bartender at Paris Seaport Bar & Crêperie and travels around the country (now on Zoom) working Cocktail/Tiki events making cocktails, giving spirited classes, and DJing groovy parties.

Off Their Plate tackles hunger in a wacky way. The volunteer-driven nonprofit works with independent restaurants to get nutritious, real meals to those who need it: frontline workers and communities in crisis. Along the way, we support the wages of food industry workers faced with upheaval. Join us as we reimagine the food economy in our own small, bold way.

We're a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and 100% of donations go toward meals for frontline workers or COVID-impacted communities, provided by independent restaurant workers supported by these donations. Learn more here.
